Today the Oak Grove Hornets held their PBIS Kickoff! We talked about how to SWARM at school--being Successful with a Winning Attitude, Accountable, Respectful, and Motivated. Students will bring home something to hang on the refrigerator to show you what it means to SWARM at school. But, Hornets can SWARM anywhere!! On the back, talk together about how they these same behaviors at the grocery store, home, Grandma's house or ball practice and fill in your own SWARM chart. Take a picture and share with us--we want to see our students making a positive difference wherever they go!

Don't forget to sign up for Grandparents' Lunch on Friday, September 6th Chef Andy is making BBQ turkey sandwiches, coleslaw, and baked beans, with some fresh fruit. Adult trays cost $4 at the cafeteria door. Please return your form by Tuesday to let us know how many "Grands" will be attending, so that we can be prepared. Allow extra time for parking and everyone must bring their ID and check in at the office. Thank you in advance for your patience , and we can't wait to see you!

Just wanted to send an update and let you know that we do have running water on campus! We will see everyone back at school tomorrow morning!

Unfortunately we have to dismiss early today due a water main break near our school. A construction company hit the line and we are currently without any running water. Parents may pick up their children now. Bus riders will dismiss at 2 p.m. There will not be after care services provided today. We will update you this evening about school tomorrow. Thank you.
