Lt. Col. Woodrow W. Crockett was a combat pilot in World War II & Korean War. His WWII flight suit is at the National Museum of African American History & Culture in DC. He was inducted into Arkansas Black Hall of Fame in 2012.

Ms. Fountain's 5th graders made 3D snow faces. "When I (Craig) saw Cooper's face in the snow, it was also more detailed than I thought it would be. It looked like someone was buried in the snow instead of someone putting their face in the snow. "
It's takes a village to pull off a classroom transformation!! Ms. Conklin, 2nd grade teacher, recruited her mom and dad to assist in making props for the classroom pizzeria. Pizza Planet is open for business serving up Economics, Reading, Math, Writing, and a whole lot of fun!

Raye Jean Montague, RPE was an engineer and US Navy's 1st female program manager of ships. She's credited with the 1st computer-generated rough draft of a US naval ship. She was inducted into Arkansas Black Hall of Fame in 2013.
